(1) On the recommendation of the committee, the Ministry will publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette to be listed in the fund within the period specified in section 20 for the employers who operate industries, services, businesses or transactions of the specified field and nature.
(2) Within the period specified in the notice published in accordance with sub-section (1), the employer shall submit an application to the office of the fund in the prescribed format along with the specified details to be listed in the fund.
(3) If the application is received with the details specified in accordance with sub-section (2), the fund will list the relevant employer and give the listing number to such employer in the prescribed format.
